Conor McMenamy joined M Dixon & Associates in January of 2018. He has been with Allstate for 7 years. and prior to that, worked at a national insurers corporate office in New York City. From a very young age Conor's father got him interested in finance, and most importantly, helping those around him. Conor has been working in the Finance field since before he graduated college -- over a decade ago. Conor brings clarity to customer's questions and concerns and helps pave a clear way to get customers to their insurance, and retirement goals. Conor spends his free time reading, studying, and learning as much as possible regarding his profession -- so that he can bring the utmost value to customers pressing concerns. He provides honest opinions, trusted information and transparency on how different products and insurance work. Conor believes that there is no one size fits all solution and that everyone's situation is different and deserves analysis. That is why we believe it is important to work with someone who is very knowledgeable in the fields of finance and insurance, taxes and retirement. Conor grew up 15 miles away from New York City. His youth was all about school and sports -- Ice Hockey and Lacrosse in particular. Conor played both sports in college at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. Today he still plays Ice Hockey at the Ice Palace, he also loves to play golf and surf when he can. Conor is happily married and lives with his wife, new born son, and their cute dog Riley.

Antonia joined the team in 2020 and specializes in assisting customers with daily transactions and payments. Antonia's desk is at the front of the office and hers is the first friendly face you see when visiting us. Antonia is a graduate of Waianae High School and has several years of customer service experience.
Lisa started with us in October 2020 and brings over 18 years of insurance experience to the agency. A Pearl City High School Graduate, Lisa enjoys shopping, hosting events and traveling with her family. Her motto is to make every attempt to provide the best customer service she is capable of and always strives to live her best life. Lisa enjoys helping customers with their current policies or using her experience and licenses to assist potential customers with help on Home, Auto, Condo, Renters and Life Insurance policies.
Education: Honolulu COmmunity College
Elsa started with Marc's Agency in 2023. She has over 6 years in the insurance business and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. In her spare time, Elsa's favorite part of her career is working with current and future customers and helping them understand more about insurance in general and how to best protect themselves. When not at the office, she like DIY projects, reading and watching movies and cooking competition shows with her family.
